Come back here once the dough is ready<em> <\/em>&#x1f919;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here we are again. Having mastered my savoury version of <a href=\"https:\/\/ekesto.com\/vegan-recipes\/buckwheat-bread\/\">buckwheat bread<\/a>, I completely fell in love with my chocolate-y version here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its light sweetness comes from dried whole fruits, ripe bananas &#8211; and of course &#8211; from the chocolate chunks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Controlling the sweetness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Personally, I love a subtle sweetness. But you&#8217;re in charge here! So playing with the following factors allow you to satisfy <em>your<\/em> sweet tooth:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add more dried fruits if desired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose higher sugar content of the chocolate. Or add more chocolate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For an extra sweetness, you can always add some sweetener of your choice (e.g. date powder, date syrup, rawest and darkest cane sugar, maple syrup)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure to use bananas that have ripened further after buying them.<br><em>Hint: If they&#8217;re slowly getting brown and you don&#8217;t have time to bake, store them in the fridge. The skin might turn brown, but the inside is nicely conserved for some extra days.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-wpzoom-recipe-card-block-recipe-card header-content-align-left
